Our History

Nikki Setzler, Danny Scott

The firm was founded in 1977, when Nikki Setzler, Danny Scott and Richard Chewning merged their respective solo practices as Setzler, Chewning & Scott.  When Mr. Chewning was elected as a family court judge in 1996, the firm was renamed Setzler & Scott. Joe Vasquez joined the firm as an associate in 1993, and Meg Collins began her practice with the firm in 1997.  Both were named partners in 2001.  That same year, Michelle Dickerson became an associate and was named a partner in 2006.  In 2005, Tiffany Burkett joined the firm as an associate.

Location

Originally located on Platt Springs Road, the firm moved to 1708 Augusta Road in 1980. In 2003, the firm completed construction of new offices at 1708 Augusta Road.  Click here for door-to-door driving directions to our offices.
