Michelle M. Dickerson

Michelle Dickerson was born in Chester, South Carolina on February 9, 1975. She is a 1997 magna cum laude graduate of Wofford College with a bachelor of arts in economics.
Mrs. Dickerson received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000, where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi and associate editor of the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal from 1999-2000. During law school, she clerked for the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division (now known as the Administrative Law Court).
Mrs. Dickerson was admitted to practice in South Carolina in 2000. She was a staff attorney for the Administrative Law Court for the Honorable C. Dukes Scott and the Honorable Carolyn C. Matthews. She joined Setzler & Scott as an associate in Julu, 2001 and became a partner in 2005.
Mrs. Dickerson is a member of the Lexington County and American Bar Associations. She is also a member of the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association.
